This is a delightful and cheery read-aloud book for families. The Magical Snowflake is an inclusive story that celebrates the magic of the winter season, instead of any one winter holiday. This focus helps to drive home the story's message of friendship and community. This joyful story will captivate young readers and Erin K. Robinson's soft yet vibrant illustrations are beautiful to look at, they transport you to the snowy day. Released posthumously, Bernette Ford did not disappoint loyal fans with her last book. The story truly highlights the beauty of a diverse community having a shared magical experience, during the most wonderful time of the year.
