Erin Entrada Kelly's charming illustrated tale about friendship and bravery is a must-read. Readers will love Only Only Marisol Rainey's short, fast-paced chapters, entertaining illustrations, and relatable situations, such as Marisol's fear of dogs and Felix's fear of falling while learning to ride a bike. Marisol's thoughtfulness shines throughout the tale: She wants to help Felix, ensure Jada feels included, and is kind to her nemesis. As the story progresses, kids will see the importance of compassion and perseverance and find the courage to face their fears.
