Intriguing, sensitive, and optimistic, this is educational television at its finest. Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones maintains a lively pace that will keep kids and adults engaged. The sparkling eyes of the seniors who have survived wars and suffering serve to inspire.

This is an exploration of human health that educators could even consider using as curriculum when developing a lesson plan about well-being. Stunning photography and expert storytelling add to the fine production value of this show.
